What we can and can't help with
We can correct or clarify anything published on this site, explain how a listing is categorised, and handle requests to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
We cannot give you personalised financial advice, recommend a bond for your circumstances, or accept an application. No bond is offered for sale on this site — every listing points you to the issuer's own offer documents and, where you ask for them, to a licensed broker.
If your question is about an enquiry you already submitted, mention the bond name and the email address you used so we can find it quickly.
Rate corrections
Every coupon and yield published here is indicative and reviewed periodically rather than streamed live from the market. If you hold a bond and the figure we show is materially wrong, tell us the ticker and the correct figure and we will update it.
